Richard Thieme has explored the subject of UFOs seriously and in-depth for 44 years. He has worked with some of the best and brightest in the “invisible college” to do academic research and reach conclusions based on the evidence. This talk was requested by Def Con 30 to update the latest government statements on the subject.
